This blanket is easy to set up and use. I had it heating up within a few minutes of taking it out of the packaging. The temperature control and timer are on one control and easy to access. The blanket heats up quickly. I like that I can keep my arms inside if I want to enjoy more warmth or have them out if I need to cool down. When I’m done and the sauna blanket has cooled down it’s easy to fold up and store.
