After each session, let the blanket cool and then wipe down the inside of your sauna blanket using a soft cloth and a gentle, non-toxic cleanser—like diluted vinegar or a natural essential oil spray. This helps remove sweat and maintain freshness. Be sure to unplug the blanket before cleaning and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Is it safe for me to use the Infrared Sauna Blanket on a daily basis?

The Alkemē Rise Infrared Sauna Blanket heats up to approximately 176°F (80°C), creating a deeply soothing experience. The temperature is fully adjustable by degree, typically ranging from 140°F to 176°F, so you can tailor each session to your personal comfort level.

 

⏱️ You can also set your session time by the minute, up to 60 minutes, using the included handheld controller—giving you full control over your routine.

 

⚠️ Reminder: Always use the blanket on a flat, heat-safe surface and avoid falling asleep while it's powered on. Start with lower temps and shorter sessions as your body adjusts.

Does the sauna blanket emit any electromagnetic fields (EMFs)?

All electronic devices produce some level of EMFs, but our Infrared Sauna Blanket is designed with low-EMF heating technology to help minimize exposure during use. SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long can I expect the shipping process to take for my order?

Shipping timelines can vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Most orders ship within 1 business day and typically arrive in:

5–7 business days (Standard Shipping) and 2–3 business days (Express Shipping). We do not ship internationally at this time.

What is your policy regarding returns and exchanges?

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on our Infrared Sauna Blankets, starting from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your blanket—undamaged and in original packaging—for a full refund, minus a flat $40 return shipping fee. We also have a 24 month warranty (see warranty page for more details).

 

Towel Inserts and Copper Dry Brushes are final sale due to hygiene reasons and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives defective.

 

Exception: If these items were purchased as part of a sauna blanket bundle and the full bundle is returned unused and in original packaging, they may be eligible for refund along with the blanket.

 

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes—our Infrared Sauna Blankets include a 24-month limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal, personal use. We have you covered if your blanket stops working properly due to a manufacturing issue within one year of purchase, we’ll gladly repair or replace it.

 

Please note: Towel Inserts and Copper Dry Brushes are not covered under warranty and are considered final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Is there a way for me to track the status of my order?
