How to Use Your Far-Infrared Sauna Blanket
Wondering how to get started? Watch this short walkthrough to learn how to set up, use, and care for your Alkemē Rise Infrared Sauna Blanket — no guesswork, just simple guidance for your best sweat.
Find a comfortable, flat surface (floor, bed, or couch, avoid memory foam).
Lay out your sauna blanket & place towel insert inside OR slip into lightweight clothes + socks.
Set your intention.
2. Set Heat & Time
Plug in and power on.
Choose your heat level. We recommend starting low, benefits begin at 140F°.
Choose your time. We recommend starting at 15-20 minutes.
Session duration benefits below.
3. Relax & Renew
Zip in, lay back, relax and let the heat do the work.
We find that as the heat builds, it helps to breathe deeply, try to relax into it, and listen to your body.
When your session is done, the controller will gently alert you and the blanket will automatically turn off.
4. Cool Down
Unzip slowly. Let your sauna blanket cool laid open.
Rinse off and bask in the post- sauna glow. Bonus: Try a cold shower for an elevated finish.
Remember to hydrate before and after.
5. Wipe Down & Store
Gently wipe down your cooled down blanket with a mild solution of 1:3 vinegar:water.
Dry completely before storing.
