Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alkemē Rise. Below you’ll find the details of how, when, and where we ship your order. We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible.

Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.

  • Pre-Order or Backordered Items: If an item is marked as pre-order or backordered, estimated shipping times will be noted on the product page. In the case a pre-order or backordered item is delayed because of causes outside Alekemē Rise's control, you will be notified accordingly.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Destinations

  • U.S. Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International Shipping: Coming soon. If you’re located outside the U.S., email us at hello@alkemerise.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

All U.S. orders are shipped via insured, trackable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@alkemerise.com

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs holds
  • Natural disasters or public health events
  • Political policy disruptions
  • Other unforeseen causes

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times may vary.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, first check with neighbors or building staff. Contact us within 5 days if it’s still missing.

  • Damaged Packages: Take clear photos of the item and packaging and email us at hello@alkemerise.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • All packages are shipped insured.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If the address is incorrect and the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. If it’s already in transit, we cannot guarantee rerouting. Alkemē Rise is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
