Yes, many of our customers use it 3–5 times a week, and some enjoy it daily. Start slow, stay hydrated, and listen to your body. If you're pregnant or have medical concerns, please consult your doctor first.

How do I clean the Towel Insert?

Just toss it in the washing machine with similar colors—cold cycle preferred. Tumble dry low or hang dry. It’s pre-shrunk and designed for easy, repeat use.

What do I wear  inside the sauna blanket?

We recommend light cotton layers or our towel insert. Avoid synthetic fabrics. The goal is comfort and sweat-wicking.
