Durability meets accountability—here’s what our limited warranty includes.

LIMITED 24-MONTH WARRANTY

Alkemē Rise LLC (“Alkemē Rise”) offers a limited 24-month warranty on our Premium Infrared Sauna Blanket when purchased directly from www.alkemerise.com and delivered within the United States.

WARRANTY PERIOD

This warranty is valid for twelve (24) months from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser.

WHAT’S COVERED

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

  • Heating element or internal malfunction
  • Controller or electronic failure
  • Manufacturing defects in stitching or seams (not related to wear and tear)

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, tears, dents, fading)
  • Damage caused by pets, accidents, abuse, misuse, exposure to moisture or fire, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow usage instructions or safety guidelines
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Commercial or institutional use
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Claims without valid proof of purchase

NO COMMERCIAL USE

The sauna blanket is intended for personal, at-home use only. Use in commercial environments (such as gyms, spas, wellness centers, medical offices, etc.) will void this warranty and may result in liability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To receive warranty service, you must:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase
  • Email hello@alkemerise.com with a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos
  • Answer diagnostic questions as needed
  • Follow our return instructions, including proper packaging

Attempting to open, modify, or repair the product yourself will void the warranty.mailto:hello@alkemerise.com

WHAT WE WILL DO

If your product is found to have a covered defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • First attempt to repair the product
  • Replace the controller if applicable
  • Replace the product with the same model (may be new or refurbished)
  • Provide a replacement with a similar model of equal performance
  • Offer a store credit if no replacement is available

RETURN SHIPPING & HANDLING

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. We will provide instructions for packaging and return.

U.S.-ONLY COVERAGE

This warranty applies only to sauna blankets shipped within the United States. We do not provide international warranty coverage at this time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Alkemē Rise shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity.

 

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

GOVERNING LAW

This warranty applies only to sauna blankets shipped within the United States. We do not provide international warranty coverage at this time.

FCC COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

(1) This device may not cause harmful interference.

(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
