PROCESSING TIMES

Standard Orders: All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.


Pre-Order or Backordered Items: If an item is marked as pre-order or backordered, estimated shipping times will be noted on the product page. In the case a pre-order or backordered item is delayed due to causes outside Alekemē Rise's control, you will be notified accordingly.


You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Destinations

U.S. Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.


International Shipping: Coming soon. If you’re located outside the U.S., email us at hello@alkemerise.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping Methods & delivery Times

All U.S. orders are shipped via insured, trackable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All listed delivery dates are estimates based on provider's descriptions. Delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not at the timeorder is placed.
 

Shipping Options:
 

Standard Shipping
• Delivery: 3–7 business days
• Orders $99 or above: Free
• Orders under $99: Flat $5.95
• Special Events: Free or Discounted
 

Express Shipping
• Delivery:  2–3 business days
 

Overnight Shipping
• Delivery: 1 business day

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link or by logging into your Alkeme Rise account.

 

If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@alkemerise.com.

Shipping Restrictions & Delays

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. If the address is incorrect and the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. If it’s already in transit, we cannot guarantee rerouting and are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.

 

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs holds
  • Natural disasters or public health events
  • Political disruptions
  • Other unforeseen causes

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times may vary.

Lost, Damaged, Or Stolen Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at hello@alkemerise.com

 

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, first check with neighbors or building staff. Contact us within 5 days if it’s still missing for assistance. Packages determined as stolen from the correctly delivered address will be the responsibility of the purchaser to resolve accordingly.

 

Damaged Packages: Take clear photos of the item and packaging and email us at hello@alkemerise.com within 3 days of delivery.

Returns and Refunds
