Sauna Blankets

Our sauna blankets are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your blanket for a full refund.

 

To initiate a return, please:

  • Email hello@alkemerise.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
  • A flat return shipping fee of $40 will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Returned blankets must be in undamaged condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Items that are stained, have heavy odors, are damaged, missing components, or show signs of heavy wear may not be eligible for refund.

Accessories

Due to hygiene standards, towel inserts and copper dry brushes are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.

 

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@alkemerise.com to request an exchange or resolution.

 

If these items were purchased as part of a sauna blanket bundle that is being returned unused and in original condition, they may be refunded along with the sauna blanket.

Refund Details

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, minus applicable return shipping fees.

 

Policy Notes

  • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be in possession of the approved return carrier within 90 days of delivery.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Items sold as bundles must be returned together to receive a full refund.
  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
